When it came time after our offer was accepted, although our closing was 45 days out roughly. Brian had us ready to close within about 2 weeks. We were able to rest easy while waiting for our closing day. This was the best and easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a home. I will recommend Brian to everyone I know. I have to admit, I wasn’t looking forward to going through the process of refinancing my condo. So I went to a bank, ugh. He listened to me and what my expectations were. And we started the process. IT WAS SO EASY!!!!
